We at Wolfe's Baldwin Brass Center want you to be confident when ordering with us. Because we want to give you the confidence to place your order with us, we encourage you to call to ask questions about the products. If you have concerns about product finish on a Baldwin item, we suggest ordering a finish sample. Click here to order a Baldwin finish sample. Finish samples returned in excellent condition will receive a full refund excluding shipping charges.
You may return any item that is not a special order* within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in new, resaleable condition and packaged in the original carton and packing materials. Shrink-wrapped items must not be removed from their packaging. For items returned in the condition specified, a refund will be given less a 25% re-stocking fee and shipping fees.
*Special orders include any item that is not available to order online, split finish products, custom orders, personalized items.
*Special order items may not be returned.
***We are unable to accept a return on items that have been installed***
For Damaged merchandise or Wrong item sent: a return label will be sent to retrieve the package, a new or correct item will be sent to the shipping address on the original order.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF THE PRODUCT
