After your order is placed, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirmation.  If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us.

We ship most orders directly from our Malvern location. On occasion, if a maufacturer offers, items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. Our stock varies constantly. You will be notified by email if your order is not available to ship in 1-3 days.

We typically ship all items on the order at once. If several items are ordered and some items are backordered, we will hold the order and ship all items together. If you prefer to have items ship as they become available, please let us know. A split shipping charge will be applied to your order. We will inform you of any additional shipping charges by email.

We ship most U.S. orders UPS ground.  Other shipping options are available, please contact us for information.

For international orders, we will contact you with shipping options.
